Spring Bunnies - Friends

It's been a while. I've been really busy with work and everyday living. I've also not been able to come up with many ideas either! Hopefully, looking at some of the other ladies cards will give me some inspiration. Here's a card I designed tonight. Didn't take long at all. I cut out 6 petals, 3 different sizes, and held them together with a brad. I got the paper and some really cook clear rub on embelishments from Target! The $1 bin is my best friend. Hope you enjoy. First pic is the front of card, the second is the inside of card.

Yummy Treat

Having thoughts of sweet things! I love ice cream!! Looks yummy.

Used SCAL, Cricut, and Cuttlebug, colored cardstock.

Whoo Whoo -- OWL!!

I thought this was sooo cute. I found a clipart image online and thought that it would be so cute to cut and use as a card! I have not made a card out of it yet, cause I think it's to big. This was my practice run.

I seperated the different colors in Photoshop, then saved each layer seperately. Then I used SCAL and cut each piece. Cardstock and glue! That's all you need. OH, the Cricut helped too. :)

Yellow Thank You Card

I made this card for a co-worker. She's an older lady going through some tough times with her sick husband, and I thought a card of thanks may cheer her up. Yellow and black are two of my favorite color combinations.

I used vinyl for the lettering and I used my Cricut to to cut the rectangles and the shape in the middle. I used SCAL for my editing images. LOVE that program!
It looks crooked and probably is. But o well! It's the thought that counts right?!

Teacup Card

This is my first try at a teacup card. So many women on the Cricut Messageboard have made some really beautiful cards and I have to say, I was inspired.

The front says 'Thank You', though it is kinda hard to tell. I don't want to toot my own horn, but I think it's a pretty good first teacup card. :)

First Post

I made this blog to show my family, friends, and crafters like myself some of my work. I really just started to get into crafting. My favorite is vinyl and card making. I mostly use my Cricut machine. I love that thing! So, please feel free to leave me comments. And please follow me.
